Wat is een IP-adres?
An IP-adres (Internet Protocol address) is a unique numerical label assigned to every device connected to a computer network. It serves two main functions: host- of netwerkinterface-identificatie and locatie-adressering.
There are two versions in active use today: IPv4 (e.g., 192.168.1.1), which uses 32-bit numbers, and IPv6 (e.g., 2001:db8::1), which uses 128-bit numbers to accommodate the explosion of internet-connected devices.
Hoe werkt IP-opzoeking?
When you visit this page, your browser makes a request to our API provider, which reads your openbare IP-adres from the HTTP connection. Can websites see my IP-adres?
Yes. Every web server you connect to receives your openbare IP-adres as part of the HTTP request. This is how the internet routes responses back to you. To hide your IP, you can use a VPN, Tor, or a proxy service.
How do I find someone else's IP-adres?
