Blacklist Check
Use our tool right now to check if your IP address is blacklisted in anti-spam databases.
Is your email or forum chat at risk of being blocked? We've listed all major IP blacklist databases for you to check. No checkmarks will be shown next to database names initially.
Your IP is already auto-filled in the box below. Click the Blacklist Check button, and you will instantly see checkmark results for every database. See the "What is this all about?" section down below to learn more details.
What is this all about?
A DNS-based Blacklist (DNSBL) is a database of IP addresses that have been flagged for sending spam, hosting malware, or engaging in abusive behavior online. Email servers and network administrators use these lists to filter out potentially harmful traffic before it reaches their networks.
How does this tool work?
This checker queries over 50 public DNSBL databases by reversing the IP address and looking it up in each blacklist zone using Google's secure DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) API. If a blacklist returns a result (meaning the IP is listed), we flag it as LISTED. If the query returns no results (NXDOMAIN), the IP is marked as Clean for that database.
What does it mean if my IP is listed?
Being listed on one or more blacklists can cause:
- Email delivery issues — Your emails may be rejected or sent to spam folders by Gmail, Outlook, and other providers.
- Website blocking — Some services may block access from your IP address.
- Reputation damage — A poor IP reputation can affect your online services and business communications.
How do I get removed from a blacklist?
Each DNSBL has its own removal process. Most provide a self-service removal form on their website. Common steps include:
- Identify which blacklists have your IP listed (use this tool!)
- Visit each blacklist website and follow their delisting procedure
- Fix the root cause (compromised device, open mail relay, infected server)
- Request removal — most lists will delist within 24–72 hours after verification
